By using inkling you agree to these terms. They are brief on purpose.

The app

inkling is provided by Allograph, Inc. as-is, free, and without warranty of any kind. It needs an internet connection to answer you.

What you write is yours

You keep every right to what you draw and write. We claim nothing. Answers the app writes back are yours to use as you like.

Fair use of the paper

Each device gets a daily allowance of turns. Please do not attempt to work around it, automate the app, or use it to produce anything unlawful or harmful. We may stop serving a device that does.

The subscription

inkling is free to use every day. A paid tier offers more replies per day and unlimited pages, sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store — yearly or monthly, whichever you choose, at the price shown before you confirm. It renews until you cancel in your iPhone's Settings, and everything you have written stays yours either way. The plain-language version of all of it — what runs out, what the paid tier gives you, how to cancel, refunds — is the pricing terms.

The answers are machine-written

Replies come from a language model and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may change or discontinue the service; if we do, we will say so here.
